Official Viktor partner. Australia and New Zealand.

The first hour of your day is a report.

You open Slack, Shopify, ads, the sheet. You stitch yesterday together so everyone else can start. A chatbot will write you a summary. You still have to go get the numbers.

Book 30 minutes

Bring the store, the tools you actually use, and one job you hate doing. If Viktor is the wrong hire, I will say so on the call.

157 hours of admin back in a month at MontiiCo

Already running

This is already running in a real store.

MontiiCo is the lunch and drinkware brand I still run. Viktor sits in our Slack. In one month he took back 157 hours of admin.

157hours of admin, one month

Empress Athleticus

6 automations. Week one.

Daily replenishment pick-lists. Daily MER into forecasting. Same-day launch recaps. Spam rescue. Roughly 12 to 16 hours a week off the team (an estimate, not a timesheet).

5,257 barcodes

Twice a day.

Pick-lists reconciling the catalogue, twice a day. Zero pickface stockouts since the pick-list started.

Spam folder

6 customers, 4 days.

They were sitting in spam. The rescue pulled them back.

The hire

Viktor sits in Slack. I get him working.

He is an AI coworker for ecommerce. The team talks to him in the same channel they already use. He can be taught how your store works. He can use the stack you already pay for.

  • Ask what sold yesterday. He looks it up in the channel.
  • Hand him a return reply or last week's numbers. You check the draft.
  • Monday 8am, the marketing weekly lands without anyone building it.

Cartelligence is the install. Viktor is the hire. You keep the account.

How it works

Three business days. Then I stay for three weeks.

Day 1

Workshop

We sit together. Credentials first: Shopify, WMS, whatever else is in the way. Then we pick the jobs from the pain you named on the call.

Day 2

Company brain

You send the docs. I turn them into a company brain so he already knows the store before we switch anything on.

Day 3

Install

He goes live. The automations, the stack, then the team learns to brief him like a PA.

After Express I come back for one hour a week, three weeks. We tune what is already running. Viktor's subscription stays yours.

A fit

A store past heroics, still run by a few people who know.

A fit

Australia or New Zealand. Shopify. About 10 to 80 people. The founder or ops lead is still stitching the numbers. You want a hire in Slack or Teams, not another dashboard.

Not a fit

You want a chatbot on the website, a full-time media buyer, or software to tinker with on weekends. I install a coworker and get out of the way.

Cartelligence is Lee Pryor. I still run MontiiCo and Lunch Punch on the Gold Coast. Before that, 25 years leading enterprise IT: Boeing, Mitsubishi, consulting. You keep the Viktor account. Nothing is locked to me.

Questions

The usual ones.

Is this just Viktor with a middleman?

Viktor is the coworker. Express is the three days most teams never get around to. You keep your own account. If you stop working with me, he stays.

How long are you in?

Three business days. Then one hour a week for three weeks.

What if we do not use Slack?

Slack is where he sits. Microsoft Teams works. If the team lives in email and meetings, we should not start.

Can he send something we cannot take back?

He waits on anything you cannot undo: a customer email, a live campaign change, a delete. You say yes first.

What does it cost?

Viktor bills you their subscription. I price the Express install on the call, against the jobs you actually need.

We already have ChatGPT.

So does everyone. It lives in a window. Viktor lives in the channel, remembers how you work, and does the job instead of describing it.

Next step

Thirty minutes. One boring job.

Bring the store, the stack, and the job you wish would disappear. I will tell you if he is the right hire.
